RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for any kind or matter because our products are consumable products. If you ordered the wrong product we can exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. It is your duty to inspect your package the day it is received so we can correct immediately. We do not rush any corrections out if not inspected immediately, within the first 2 days of receiving the shipment. If for any reason we issue some type of refund and you are offered free shipping you will be refunded the product minus shipping cost to you and a re-stocking fee.
Shelf Life: It is standard for DTG Inks OR ANY LIQUID CONSUMABLE that is white ink to have a shelf life of 4 months for white and 1 year for CMYK so please use accordingly.
We do not exchange, refund or accept parts returns for any reason.
We do not give service adjustments for shipping in times of pandemics or natural disasters.
We do not refund services done on site.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns during pandemics for the safety of our staff.
Item broken in transit or wrong item delivered: In the event of an incorrect item sent or an item arriving damaged, a replacement will be re-issued free of charge if notified within 1-2 days of the item being received.
Incorrect shipping address: Please note that when placing an order you are fully responsible for supplying correct shipping address details. Information submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order. If packages are returned to us due to an incorrect address and then need reshipping, a $20 re-shipment fee plus the cost of re-shipping will be incurred.
Delivery delays: 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages once tracking confirmation has been received by the customer is not the responsibility of the forum or store. It is the customers responsibility to track down parcels or contact local postal offices to locate any delayed or lost parcels.
Exchanges: We will not exchange any liquid products or parts. Inks are not a try before you buy business. There will be some adjusting in settings from switching from ink to ink and matching pretreat to suit your needs. Nothing is ready out the gate. You try, if you like you keep using and if not you move onto what you like. We can recommend something to best fit you but just because you may not like something doesn't mean its returnable. We have printers for each ink type we carry and run the batches through printers. If there is a batch issue we catch it in house rather than outside.
